Additional wait time over the included limit is billed at $15 per 15-minute increment.
Specialty Appointment Policy: Travel and specialty location fees are non-refundable and due at the time of the appointment. These fees cover our time and travel to the facility, even if the notarization cannot be completed due to the signer's medical condition, lack of valid ID, or facility security restrictions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Felicia Matin Mobile Notary LLC, we are strict about our scheduling and fees. Please read the following carefully before booking.
All appointments require time, preparation, and travel. Once an appointment is confirmed, it is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 2 hours notice, or if the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, a travel fee may still be assessed to cover time and travel expenses.
Refunds

No refunds will be issued once the notary has departed for the appointment.

Travel fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Notary fees are refundable if the appointment cannot be completed due to:

Missing or invalid identification

Incomplete or incorrect documents

Signers not present, unwilling, or unable to sign

Documents requiring legal advice

Rescheduling

One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion if notice is given at least 2 hours in advance.

After-Hours & Emergency Service Policy
To accommodate urgent scheduling needs, the following additional service fees apply:
After-Hours Appointment (Outside Regular Business Hours):
$50 convenience fee
Emergency Notary Service (Documents requiring notarization within one hour of request):
$100 emergency service fee
These fees are in addition to applicable travel fees and state-regulated notary fees.

Wait Time Fee
Each appointment includes a 15-minute grace period. If the notary is required to wait beyond this grace period due to client delay, incomplete documents, or other client-related issues, a wait time fee of $25.00 per additional 15-minute increment will apply.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification that meets state notary requirements. Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in refusal of service with no refund.
Refusal of Service
Felicia Matin Mobile Notary LLC reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with state law, including but not limited to:

Improper or incomplete documents

Lack of valid identification

Signers who appear unwilling or unable to understand the document

Any situation that violates notary laws or ethical standards
